Chronicling healthcare prOviders' Pandemic Experiences

THE RESEARCH

Across the globe the Covid-19 pandemic is changing how we live, work, and play. From past major events, like Hurricane Katrina and Chernobyl scientists have chronicled how these major catastrophic events have impacted the world’s health workforce AFTER the events. Rarely have these perspectives been captured during the actual disaster. And that is what we are asking of you now. If you are a healthcare provider, allied health professional, complementary or integrative health practitioner or a student in these health fields we invite you to join Project COPE.

Researchers from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, Clemson University, Prisma Health and Indiana University want to hear from you. We are investigating how the Covid-19 pandemic impacts both essential and “non-essential” healthcare providers and allied health professionals as well as the students studying to enter these health professions.

Study participation includes taking surveys and if you are willing, creating a video journal.
