SHARED KNOWLEDGE, SHARED EXPERIENCE

The President of the Massage Therapy Foundation (MTF), Douglas Nelson, explains the value of massage therapy research. Mr. Nelson discuses the importance of shared knowledge and shared experiences progressing the field. Project COPE is featured as a new research initiative "to capture our insights and feelings about the experience now, not retrospectively from some point in the future. To our knowledge, this is an incredibly unique project that will have a potentially significant impact."

Many of us are functioning in survival mode as we balance the many contexts of our lives, with our mental health and emotional well-being certainly affected."
